Jacques Santer

Jacques Louis Santer (Luxembourgish pronunciation: [ʒaːk ˈsɑntə]; born 18 May 1937) is a Luxembourgish politician who served as president of the European Commission from 1995 to 1999 before resigning amidst allegations of corruption.
